Zoso, The Ultimate Led Zeppelin Experience
The Beginning of Zoso:
Zoso was founded in 1995, to perform a accurate rendition of Led Zeppelin. For Zoso it is much more than just being a tribute band. Zoso embodies Page, Plant, Bonham and Jones in Spirit and talent.
Each member has been selected to portray the appearance and playing style of their counterparts As one of the longest Led Zeppelin tributes, they have performed over 2400 live shows around the world including major festivals such as Boonaroo and Rib America Fest.
Live Shows:
The live shows are more about the aura and feeling, creating a unique atmosphere. Band members master the instruments, with spot on vocals, stage persona, sound with visual imagery recreating the music and magic of a Led Zeppelin concert. Zoso played around two and half hours with the encore. Never missing a beat and looked as if they have been playing together for a over 24 years.
They energized the crowd and interacted with the audience via playing at the edge of the stage and handing drumstick and picks to the fans. With a projected light show and stage lighting. Several of the band members, took time out after the show, engaging with fans throughout the venue. Even bringing a teen on stage and equipping him with a bass guitar and taking pictures with him. Several fans I spoke with prior and during the show stated that they had seen the band several times prior and would see them again.

About State Theater:
The State Theatre is in Falls Church Virginia. Located about 10 minutes outside Washington DC. Falls Church, features plenty of shopping and restaurants. The State Theatre is a restaurant and concert venue wrapped up in one. It was built in 1936, and operated as a movie theater until 1988. It reopened in 1999 as a event and music hall. The stage is around 30 by 40 ft, and works for most bands and shows. The State Theatre is a great venue to see your favorite band.
State Theater Amenities:
The State Theatre with a capacity around 850, general admission, with reserved seats available in the dining area, and on a first come, first serve on the upper balcony area. The State Theatre features 2 full service bars, serving beer, wine and mixed drinks. The food menu includes burgers, sandwiches, salads, fries and beverages. Free street parking is available around the venue along with a parking garage across the street. No Parking On First Floor, Friday 6 pm to 3 am, Saturday 7 am to 3 am, Sunday 8 am to 11 pm.

I had the chance to photograph and video a few songs in it’s entirety from the front of the stage and on the stage. For the photos we used Nikon D850 Body, with a Tamron 70-200 F 2.8, Tamron 28-75 F2.8, Sigma 120-300 F2.8 and a Nikon 200-400 F4. For video’s we used the Sony HDR TD10, which is a 3d 1080p camcorder, we use it in 2d mode for concerts.
